Online therapy, also known as teletherapy or virtual therapy, allows you to connect with a licensed mental health professional from the comfort of your home using a secure video or messaging platform. Our therapists are trained in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and more.

Booking a session is simple! To get started, create an account on the Rewpaz website. Once registered, you can log in to view the therapist list https://rewpaz.ca/professionals-list and select a time that suits you. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to connect with your therapist for your virtual session.

Yes! Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many individuals. The convenience and accessibility make it a great option for those who prefer to receive support from home or need more flexible scheduling.

While many of our therapists are licensed and experienced in working with younger clients and can address issues like school stress, social anxiety, and family dynamics, we do not currently treat patients under 18 years of age. We plan to expand to this population soon, however.

Our therapy sessions cost $160 CAD.

Yes, many extended health insurance plans in Canada cover online therapy services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm coverage. Our therapists are licensed and provide the necessary documentation for insurance claims.

After each session, you'll receive an invoice via email that includes all necessary data. To submit a claim to your insurance provider:
  • Download the invoice from the email. Alternatively, you can download it from your patient portal dashboard
  • Log into your insurance provider’s website or app.
  • Find the section to submit a claim (often under "Submit a Claim" or "Healthcare Claims").
  • Upload the invoice and follow the prompts to complete your submission.
If you prefer, you can also print the invoice and mail it to your insurance company along with any required forms. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any cancellation fees. If changed within the 24 mark, a 50% fee will be charged and no shows are charged the full amount. You can reschedule or cancel through the link in your appointment confirmation email or by contacting our support team at admin@rewpaz.ca. We appreciate your understanding - these rules are in place to protect your desired spot, as well as our therapists’ time.

We offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and more. Our therapists will work with you to determine the best approach based on your unique needs. You are welcome to browse their individual specialties on the therapist’s info page.

Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All sessions are conducted through secure, encrypted platforms to ensure your confidentiality. We adhere to the strictest privacy and security guidelines, in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. If you prefer, you can also connect via phone for voice-only sessions. The RewPaz platform uses Zoom for video sessions.
